BlueSky Learning is an online professional learning platform offering easy-to-access, flexible professional development modules for teachers and school staff. BlueSky Learning is designed to encourage engagement with CPD and embed learning: participants can watch the course videos, take part in activities and discuss the topic with other users, all in one place. Modules can be accessed online any time, meaning that learning can be flexibly fitted into the school day, and learners can easily pick up where they left off.
New modules are regularly added to the platform, built around the National Standards and the Early Career Framework, as well as broader topics such as managing behaviour, supporting pupils with SEND, safeguarding and leadership development. Feedback from participants has recognised the uniqueness of the content, which not only supports immediate training needs and deepens knowledge, but also clearly links CPD to school improvement.

This platform offers numerous online courses, allowing us to learn new things through BlueSky without the need to attend sessions physically. The flexible schedule enables convenient learning. If teachers can consistently utilize it, this platform would be excellent.

Blue Sky is a outstanding, intuitive resource. From Day 1 it has been impactful. It is a platform that is easy to adopt, easy to imbed and has an immediate impact.
