What is Little Bridge?
Little Bridge is an online platform that combines an award-winning English Language program with a safe, English-speaking social community for children globally. It enables them to build language skills quickly and effectively and to make friends and message students all over the world, using English as a shared language.
Carefully structured and written by experts, children can enjoy over 600 interactive activities designed to help them learn English quickly and effectively. Teachers can manage the Little Bridge experience for students, either assigning specific content or opting to let the platform's algorithm determine the journey, using the Teacher Dashboard. They can follow progress by group or by individual student, create reports and download a range of additional classroom materials, including easy-to-use Lesson Plans.
Little Bridge is research-backed and has shown how a 'social' approach to learning both increases engagement and outcomes.
It's free to join the community. Native English speakers are welcome to discover and develop new friendships around the globe. Teachers can use Little Bridge as a 'window on the world' in their classroom and help children to build important skills, including curiosity and empathy, as well as communication.
Our subscription based English language Learning content helps EAL students become confident communicators, linking what they learn to what they want to say.
For ELL students, Little Bridge is aligned to recognised international standards, including the Common European Framework and Cambridge Young Learners.

Recommended Usage
With language learning, frequency is key. Our recommended minimum is 3x a week (approximately 20-30 minutes per session), at school or at home.

I am responsible for a programme with over 70,000 students in public education. Little Bridge is a friendly platform for users, it has no national badge or flag so it can be used in public education, it caters for children with different skills and capacities, it is fun and has the great addition of "digipals".
